Location ... nearest hotel in Monterrey along the route to the border. The room was simple but adequate and reasonably clean and comfortable plus the TV offered CNN in English, a big plus for poor Spanish speakers.

The room was clean. Breakfast varied everyday which was a bonus

The Breakfast is generally good. We have stayed here a number of times and the quality has been consistent. I suppose COVID and inflation has narrowed the breakfast offering, but it is reliable, and one should not need anything more. I don't care too much for the coffee, but everyone drinks it, and there are 7-elevens close by for other options.

Location, morning coffee and fresh fruit and yogurt. Very quiet because the building has 7 stories..

Location is great for getting off and onto the highway. It feels secure. Eating facilities are in the vicinity making it an easy stopover between Texas and Queretaro.
